With our advanced heat press technology, we can create personalized items in low quantities, offering a variety of decoration processes for T-shirts, jackets, bags, and more. What is your return policy?
It's our goal to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. All custom ordered items and apparel are non-returnable as they are customized. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team at help@rallsworks.com.
What are your payment methods?
We currently accept credit cards which are processed securely through the SSL. In addition, you can pay via PayPal. All payment is due up front for all orders. If you are a school or non-profit that has to do a requisition, please reach out to us for more information at help@rallsworks.com.
How do you deliver?
All of our products are shipped using either UPS or USPS. If you are local to the Knoxville, TN area, please reach out to us prior to placing your order as we may be able to deliver it to you. You can contact us at sales@rallsworks.com.
Do you sell your products offline?
All of our sales are online. However, if you are local to the Knoxville, TN area, you can set up an appointment with us and we can help you with your order in person. Reach out to us at sales@rallsworks.com.
How long will it take to get my order?
That depends on the complexity of your order. Our turn-around time will depend on when we get your artwork and the quantity of items being ordered. It is our goal to get you your product as fast as possible. Businesses who do repeat business may be able to get their products faster each successive order. Do you offer a military discount?
Absolutely! Please reach out to us at sales@rallsworks.com to verify your military service and get your discount. The discount is good for Active, Reserve, National Guard, and Retired Military.
